We have blazing fast 1000Mbs Wi-Fi! Pool heat is available for an additional $50 per day (during cooler months). Please message through the app, notifying us that you would like to have this set up for your stay. Pool Heat will be provided for the duration of your stay only, and not for individual days. The maximum temperature is 84°, and may be cooler depending on the weather (cooler weather can cause the pool to lose heat more quickly). I also recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events that prevent you from initiating, or completing your stay. Pets: Up to two dogs (under 50lb) are permitted with payment of a $200 pet fee. We do ask that you’re mindful of sandy paws, respectful of our furniture and linens. Please don’t allow pets on the furniture. Please pick-up after your pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool. We do NOT permit smoking indoors or outdoors on the property. There are no exceptions to this rule. Additional Fees may be charged for cleaning/sanitizing due to smoking/vaping etc. on the property. We have a gas fire-pit that includes a gas cylinder. If the cylinder runs out of gas or is already empty, we will reimburse you for a full-tank swap. The full cylinder must remain at the property after your stay. Gas cylinders are available at "Ace Home Helpers of Panama City Beach", 17760 Panama City Beach Pkwy, Panama City Beach, FL 32413 For stays longer than 21 days, we require a signed rental agreement, which we will provide to you.
